In preparation for this assignment, you should do a general Google search on business diversity inclusion policies and practices. You will need to identify a company which you will research in terms of its diversity inclusion and policies designed to promote cultural competency and diversity inclusion. In a three to five-page paper, you will discuss the company's policies and practices. Discuss its affirmative action practices or plan, or diversity inclusion statements or campaigns. Identify if the company has a diversity inclusion officer or department. If possible, review and evaluation the company's promotional literature, advertisements, and website for evidence of or lack of cultural competency and diversity inclusion. Review the company's hiring practices, and if possible, include information about its current employee racial/ethnic make-up. As part of this paper, you will evaluation the company of your choice and develop an intercultural inclusion business plan for this company to either add to what it is already doing, or compensate for what it is lacking in terms of diversity inclusion and promoting a interculturally inclusive environment. The business plan should include intercultural activities, events, and promotional literature which you will create. Use your imagination!
