The wound bed presented with 100% yellow necrotic tissue, a moderate amount of drainage, and a foul odor. He was underweight, and his albumin level was 2. He was admitted to the nursing home for physical therapy to provide a program to improve strength, balance, and mobility after his long hospital stay.
