1- Reflect on your Field Experience to the UN and the Cosmos episode. (5 points) Write a two-page word reflection answering the prompts below. Please make use of both the UN trip and Cosmos episode, the the take careful notes, so you may reflect on the speaker's comments.

Joel Towers spoke about "redesigning for resilience," the IPCC Summary (below), and the Sustainable Development Goals.

1. How have the SDGs helped (or not) in the reduction of CO2? (Look at the IPCC summary for this)
2. How is our atmosphere becoming more or less like the atmosphere on Venus? (This is explained in The episode of Cosmos)
   1. Is this good or bad. Explain why?
3. Identify a business, which is applying an SDG to their own business goals and practices?(Consider a business that might inform your final project. You should select 1 SDG and apply this to the existing business. You can find information in the businesses' sustainability report on line or on their webpage under sustainability.)
   1. Name the SDG and what activity the business is doing that supports the SDG you identified.
   2. How effective are they at achieving their sustainable goal?
   3. What do you see as their biggest challenge to reaching their goals?
   4. If you were hired as a sustainability designer by the organization, what suggestion would you make to the business, and how feasible do you think your solution would be?

Reminder to include all of your sources and use proper in-text citation. (films require a time stamp on the film, documents require a page number)

Come to class prepared to discuss your experience of the trip and films as well as your final project.
