Make reference to the handouts from the beginning of the semester, “Checklist for Tactics” and “Using the Strategy Chart to Plan a Tactic”, for consideration as one example of manyto organize your ideas for this essay. What strategy are you proposing for including more women in STEAMM and how is the information in your scholarly sources informing you about this strategy related to including more women in STEAMM? How have Dr. Sheila McNamee (2010), in her article Research as Social Construction, and Dr. Kenneth Gergen (2009) in our textbook, Relational being: Beyond self and community, informed you on joint action for carrying out your proposed strategy? What steps are needed to accomplish your proposed strategy through joint action? Specifically, how can we work together through joint action?
