- Write why you support your stance with a minimum of 3 academic sources written in the past 10 years and ensure they are properly cited using Journal of Food Science style. You must also cite the article you are critiquing at the end and in-text when referring to it. Counter or support a minimum of 3 points the original article makes with these academic sources.
