Background

Mountain High is a folk music festival which is held at Mount Hotham, Victoria on the Sunday of the Labour Day long weekend in March each year. The festival is an alcohol free, family friendly event and showcases a range of popular and emerging artists as well as local produce.

The event includes:

• A produce market showcasing local produce
• A range of food stalls
• A centre stage with continuous performances from 10am until 10pm (see program below)
• A children’s area with art and craft activities
• A profile of Mount Hotham, (including weather information)
• Information about each of the artists listed on the program

The website includes:

• What to bring (picnic rug/chairs, sun protection, insect protection)
• Warning re changeable weather conditions
• Parking (parking will be available at the event)
• Public transport (event busses will be running on the hour from Bright from 8am until 10pm)
• Accommodation (link to an accommodation service – for the purposes of this assessment, set up a link to your college’s website)
• Program
• Contact details (for the purposes of this assessment, use your college’s contact details)
• A place to register for regular email newsletters with an auto response back to the registered email address to activate the subscription.

The client would like a shopping cart included in the website which will allow the online purchase and electronic delivery of tickets. Tickets should be uniquely identified.
