What other factors should Marvin and his team consider?

Taking decision to bid or not bid for a better construction of project in an IT organization is very important and critical. Marvin and his team should consider few important aspects to take a correct decision on the bid. The most important factor that all the IT organizations and Marvin’s team should also consider is “Profitability”, because end of the day all the organizations need and will care about the profits they earned in developing an application or product. So, we need to keep profitable factor as an important thing while bidding.

The second main factor that Marvin’s team should also consider is “Capability”, an organization should always know before bidding is that they should know their capability to develop the product or application because in many cases if the company or team does not have proper estimate and know the capability of the their team they will end up is having huge loss and sometimes the whole organization has wiped out in no time. Therefore, I suggest Marvin’s team to consider all the above discussed factors before they start bidding and take a correct decision.

2. Should they bid on the job?

As per my knowledge on the bidding I think they should bid hoping Marvin’s teams will consider all the important aspects that makes the bidding successful and takes the organizations towards success. We also saw that the project that has been offered is a ten-year contract and can also extend to more in coming years, So I feel they should bid on the jobs keeping up with the proper planning and expected delivery to the client which can build the relations and bring more projects to the organization
