Information management and Managerial decision making are very critical for any organization. The failure or success of the organization depends upon the decisions made by the members associated with the organization. Almost all the organizations work for profits and it is vital for the survival of the business. To achieve this or any aspirations of the organizations are highly dependent on making right decisions. After a decision was made it needs to be monitored to assure it is right and expected track. To operate the business on day to day tasks and to apply above mentioned decisions is possible by proper information management (Hawes, 1977).

Relation of Skills that can be Used in Future Career:

The skills I have learned from taking this course are informationControl, ethics in dealing with facts, hassle solving, powerful negotiation, organization artwork and choice making. By taking the path on data control I actually have determined that the vicinity wherein organizations objectives to offer records to customers like managers in line with their desires. It furthermore includes preference making structures. It works on planning of information dreams and information sources, video display gadgets critical records processes in the commercial enterprise enterprise business enterprise. It involves in distribution orders and manipulate the data. It is liable for coordinating organizations and beneficial devices. It controls the methods of data waft and communique. I absolutely have determined out are essential to complete my every day responsibilities in my paintings. Decision making is the essential element for any manager and it facilitates in taking properly alternatives are it is very vital for enterprise I will work for. I want to address a couple of conditions wherein I must use my negotiation skills and get the maximum advantage to the business enterprise I am on foot. Ethics are very important and we're in a function to narrate and use it any concern we artwork, the statistics I virtually have learnt in the course may be virtually beneficial for my future and as well as modern positions (O'Brien, 2006).

I will apply the knowledge I have acquired from this course based on the situation in my work life. For example I have scenario in my work where I need to make decision which is very critical for organization at that time I use best practices of the decision making and apply it for better results. In the concept of Information management knowledge, I will use to develop highly efficient information management systems on which one can dependent on and get effective insights for business success (Haag, 1998).

The course work regarding Management Information Systems relates to the applicability of the Various strategies of Modern Technology to the business advantage. The use of Information systems as a tool to gather inputs from various sources like Tweets ,Social media profiles and also the use of Big Data technologies to the advantage of business outcomes .The Dashboard kind of views help the managers to have control over the overall operations of the business ,thereby gaining better control and insights over the data.

2. Base on the course content, discuss new skills you acquired from this class? How relevant are the new skills to your current and/or future profession?

The course content of this course stresses upon the applicability of the Information systems to maximize the business advantage. The course touches upon the use of Information Analytics to gather the statistical Imperatives and Customer sentiment analysis through the use of Technology .The course also touches upon the use of machine learning ,Recommendation Engines to gather and sift through the data generated by human customers as well as Internet of Things(IoT).

The skills that I could learn from this course are highly relevant to my job especially the use of cloud computing as service and Predictive analytics part I could correlate to my work experience

3. How would you apply your new knowledge?

I can summarize my learnings as the applicability that I could correlate with respect to use of Predictive analytics ,Machine learning ,use of Cloud computing ,the use of In memory databases to increase the output. Especially the use of various models of Cloud computing namely Software as Service to take advantage of the costs .Strategic Information systems to handle the Strategy part in the decision making process and also the use of various Applications to gather inputs from the consumer to maximize the business advantage.
