Researchand analyze ‘Adult Relations in Infant-Toddler Programs and EducationPrograms’ by conducting an interview with the parent of a child that isenrolled in an early childhood program (infant/toddler, preschool ordaycare setting). Ask the following questions:

• What type of discipline program is in place at your child’s school/early childhood center, and how effective do you feel it is?
• How well do you feel your child’s early childhood program meets his/her individual learning needs? Please explain.
• In what ways does your child’s school/early childcare center encourage parental involvement?
• Howeffectively does your child’s school/early childcare center communicatewith parents, and how often does this communication occur?
• What types of activities is your child involved in that promotes the development of his/her social skills?
• Have you ever had to discuss an issue or concern with the caregiver or teacher, and if so, how was the issue handled?

• Whattypes of activities are planned in your school/early childcare centerthat promotes the development of social skills in children?
• How often do issues arise that require a conference with the parent, and how do you handle uncomfortable situations?

Writea 1750 word summary paper discussing and analyzing what youlearned during Part 1 and Part 2.
