In a lab class we discussed our footprint, and each student measured their footprint, mine was 2.87 earth, and then we discussed how we could decrease our footprint by changing our lifestyle routines and activities for sustainable lifestyle (Like food we eat everyday, energy, water we spent, transportation, etc…

During last week's lab we discussed and made a list of our daily and life routines, and some of you committed to modify or eliminate certain activities that could lead you to a more sustainable lifestyle.
Write a small essay responding to the following questions about the lab. The assignment for this lab is to reflect on this activities that we've chosen to change:
1. Why did you choose to modify or eliminate certain activities from your daily life?
2. How can you keep these changes in the long term?
3. If you decided not to modify any of your routine, what are your reasons?
4. How did this lab help you to understand sustainability?
5. What did you learn?
