You must draw direct correlation to which component(s) of Ollhoff's theory (regarding relationships, in Chpt. 5) you are using to resolve the SAC program issue.

CASE STUDY:
It is the beginning of a new school year and there have been drastic changes to the program staff. The organization hosts 5 different sites across the community; 3 elementary level and 2 middle school level programs. The sites are hosted within the facilities of other agencies.
Each site contains two areas; one area is a larger multipurpose type space and the other is a smaller classroom space.
Equipment is kept outside in a "shed". Because it is within another facility, parents pick up at the front desk (the receptionists phones to the program area and child is sent up front). Parents are complaining about the program, but trust the agency providing the service.
Because there is such change, the agency is not fully staffed and the number of students attending is higher than they anticipated for the programs. Each day, each site is either right at or below ratio (between staff and youth). Youth are not in designated groups as a result of the staffing.
As a temporary fix; the program manager designates $1,500.00 to each site. The program only has 30 days to spend the money and make drastic changes to the program.
