2. The paper should be about 2 to 5 pages long, single-spaced, APA-style citations and references. [Paper should not exceed ten (10) pages, including all appendices. However, most papers are two (2) to five (5) pages, using the font and margin settings specified in the template.
3. All pages are to be U.S. letter-size (8.5" x 11"). Do not alter the given margins and font settings on the template.

5. Appendices may be formatted in any way you deem necessary, with the exception that all pages must adhere to the standard page margins on an 8.5" x 11" page template. Advise: Pitch your research question earlier in the paper under the Introduction section to get the attention of your reader. You should not pitch it like in the middle or under your problem section. Under this problem statement- formulate specific sub research questions link to your main research question.

In the main body of the paper, conduct a literature review. And briefly discuss what are the “gaps” (i.e., since technology is accelerating – remember Friedman) in the research literature. Answer the research questions.

This is where your Evidence, Analysis and Solutions are detailed and explained.

• Of course, please do not use first person “WE” or “I” (first person), since this is not a good academically manner to formulate questions.
• Develop your one tables, figures, frameworks and models, rather than borrowing from the Internet.
• Ideally, the paper should show some empirical evidence (i.e., surveys), although you could write a more conceptual paper.
• If it is going to be a conceptual paper, then state it upfront for the reader by providing the context as a conceptual paper. In a conceptual paper, you may use a scoping review (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site. as research protocol for the design of the paper.
• On the other hand, your paper could be written as an empirical paper … and the research question and purpose of the paper will bring out the empirical part of the paper.

Finally, the conclusion is shouldn’t be cluttered with too many issues. In an academic paper, it should be aligned to the Introduction. It is a very important section of any scholarly paper that tell the reader what emerged from the findings and what implications or further research is needed.
