These powerful approaches provide options to allow conflict to be understood and addressed constructively and empathetically.

Using the resources presented as well as scholarly sources of your own, create a PowerPoint presentation of 10-12 slides which clearly summarizes the role of positive psychology and emotional intelligence in conflict management. What are the main points that a manager should know on these two important areas? Include speaker’s notes to further explain your points to your audience.
