Perform a thorough and in-depth search to find 8-12 examples of the “Best Practices”, various tools, methodologies, and techniques associated with multiple-level projects and portfolios of projects. Recommend best practices, methodologies, and techniques associated with multiple project management and portfolio management, then provide an evaluation of the example project situations that will confirm your selections. For examples the healthcare, information technology, human resource management, and financial industries can provide some superb examples. Your goal is to provide the project team with a brochure they can use as members of the project team. The summary will be your more detailed assessment, analysis, and rational for which methodology, practices, and techniques you selected.

Support your paper with minimum of seven (7) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
