The project is an app that will allow current Technology students to beable to track their progress towards earning their degree as well as theirestimated graduation date. Theycan quickly access information on what classes they still need to complete, ifthere are any pre-requisites they need to complete first, when the classes areoffered, and how many credits each class is. It will also give students the option to testout of certain classes if they believe they already possess the knowledge orhave previously taken a course that is similar to what they would learn in thatclass. Students can be more informed on their progressand track how they are doing. They can see what they need to accomplishin order to graduate as well as their estimated graduation date. If theyneed to withdraw for a term, they can determine if they will be able totake the same class next term and how it will impact their graduationdate. The student can also see if they can expedite their graduationdate by testing out of a certain class. Ultimately, it gives the studentthe opportunity to take their education into their own hands and allowsthem to be in control of their education.

For the project, create a matrix listing three to five events. For each event, identify according to the attached example:

• how or when it is produced or triggered
• What precisely is being listened for (what is the trigger?)
• how the presence of an event is processed
• what results are expected when the event is detected
