I am a frequent user of Instagram so I am more familiar with this particular social media platform over the others. Using Instagram is a great way to foster social relationships with customers as well as company partners. There are a few ways to utilize this platform so that it works beneficially for the Aybeesee business. Develop your Instagram followers by following others and inviting frequented customers to follow the businesses account. Customers and partners can have any-time access to seeing what the company is up to. They are also able to comment and interact with each other as well as with affiliates of the company.

Keeping a reasonable amount of postings on Instagram keeps the company visible to followers which also can motivate them to interact. This also helps to form a relationship with customers.

It is also good to implement content that is pleasing to Aybeesee?s target audience in addition to things relating to the company. This can include emotionally touching videos or humorous memes.

Take advantage of the social media platform and its visual capabilities and share quality, informative, and entertaining videos so that customers can remember who you are as a company.
Finally, make the customers feel included by sharing some ?behind the scenes? peek at the action going on within the company that isn?t known publicly. Customers will feel connected and exclusive with the company for allowing them this type of access.

After careful consideration I have determined that the best social media for us to venture into is YouTube, I came to this conclusion because of the versatility it will offer us in the future. With this social media source we can do a number of different things;

1.We can create videos to demonstrate the electronic toys and gadgets our customers are most interested in, show off the new products that are still in the concept phase to generate excitement, address customer concerns directly, and simply play with the toys we sell to show kids how much fun they can have with them. The last one may seem a little weird at first, but if you have kids of your own like I do, you will understand the excitement this generates when your child comes up to you begging for Elmers Glue so they can make slime like they saw on YouTube for example.

We can receive additional feedback from the comments section to give our viewers a voice, which can then be taken to the R&D department.

.We can link our videos to the already active Facebook page that Ms. Smith is comfortable with, which could help ease the transition for her and increase the click-through rate (CTR) of both sites.

With enough viewers and strategic ad placements, this social media source could become an additional revenue stream.

Develop an understanding of the needs of customers and potential customers. This will improve how a company develops a social medial strategy. Identify the influencers.

Social media monitoring sites can allow preplanned posts and responding to comments as a team. Hootsuite is a good choice. It also “listens” for the company as well as monitors conversation location and frequency.

Influencers are social media users with large followings, often involved in discussions or posts that get many views/comments. You can use their help, for example, if a user or blogger used your complementary sample and gave a great review, it will reach many others and promote product recognition.

• • What can you do about negative comment or reviews? How can you repair damage this type of public venting can do to your company's or product's reputation?

It is important to respond to negative comments/reviews. Social monitoring tracks brand mentions to browse for negative feedback. A “canned” response may be sufficient to apologize for the situation. Or, if the customer is an influencer, a special apology could be warranted. For example, Yankee Candle has reviews of the candles where people complain that the candle has a “weak throw”. Meaning the scent was not strong. They have a standard apology they put out saying they can bring it back for exchange. That makes you feel confident about purchasing a candle, nothing requiring personal attention. I saw a special situation regarding Dallas Cowboys player from Chuck E. Cheese. Apparently, he had taken a video of his son waiting “patiently” for Chuck E. to come out. To make it up to his son, the company sent the boy a wristband of unlimited games for one year. Again, video posted to Twitter. Chuck E. Cheese was also to identify an influencer and deal with negativity on social media. A+ for Chuck E. Cheese on listening!
