To prepare for the discussion this week, you will need to review the latest CMMI model from Carnegie Mellon University Software Engineering Institute (SEI). There are several practices provided by SEI. For this discussion, you will focus on the practice area called Project Planning. There are three specific goals in this area but you will only focus on two of them: SG1: Establish Estimates, and SG2: Develop a project plan. You can view this information here:

I have also uploaded a copy of the CMMI for Development document to the Course Materials area for Unit 2. Project Planning starts around page 281. You will find the information on SG1 and SG2 in this area of the document.
