GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. The next pages contain the details of the homework. Please read and answer themcarefully. Use additional sheets as needed for your answers.
2. In this homework assignment, you will need to submit at least 3 files: (1) case file,(2) excel case file, (3) problems file, and (4) excel problems file (if applicable).

For Part 1:

1. All answers must be typed, while necessary images (tables, graphs, etc.) must becut-and-pasted from your Excel output file. Including the cover page and the caseproblem details, your answers must be saved in a single Word document followingthe filename format: Case_ your last name.doc. (.pdf is also fine).
2. You must use Excel (and not a hand calculator) when solving for the answers. YourExcel outputs should show the worksheet functions/formulas you used and thetables, graphs, etc. that you created to answer the case problem questions. Saveyour Excel output following the filename format: ExcelCase_ your last name.xlsx.

For Part 2:

1. You may do a hand calculation and/or make use of Excel when solving for theanswers. Scan your handwritten document to obtain a pdf (electronic) document,and upload this document following the filename format indicated herein. If you useExcel, your Excel outputs should show the worksheet functions/formulas you usedand the tables, graphs, etc. that you created to answer the case problem questions.Save your documents following the filename format: Problems_ your lastname.xlsx and ExcelProblems_ your last name.xlsx
