This is the second part of the project management skills assignment. You did part one in the last module. Applying the methods described in this module's materials and using Microsoft Excel.
- Develop an example of a project staff cost determination.
- Identify at least four separate tasks for your project.
- Assign hours for each task, staff member types, and costs for each task.
You can use a project you have been involved in for your job if you like, or you may use the record purging project as used for the last assignment.
If a task takes more than one staff person type, use a separate line under the task for each person.
