I found a story about funeral homes not complying with regulations. The law states a funeral home must show an itemized pricing list of each item before they actually show the product. When I first read this I thought back to going through this process a year ago with the death of my sister-in-law. I understand why this law is important. The director showed us some beautiful caskets (if you want to call a casket beautiful). My mother-in-law made her mind up about the one she wanted. Then the director told us the price. I saw it in my mother-in-law face that she had no idea the casket was so expensive but, she had seen it and want that particular one.
