Copy-Paste of statements from multiple sources (electronic or print material)
Presenting work done in collaboration with others as independent work
Using one’s own work presented previously

TASK #2 – BOOLEAN ALGEBRA, LOGISIM, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING (5.00 Marks)
- Simplify the following Boolean algebraic expressions, and draw the simplified expression using LOGISIM: (1.00 Mark each)
- (AB’C + A’BC + A’B’C) (A’B+C’)
- AB (AB’CD + AB’C’D + A’B’C’D + A’B’CD’ + A’B’C’D’)
- Write the algorithm using pseudo code and draw the corresponding flowchart for the following problems: (1.50 Marks each)
- Write an algorithm using pseudocode that accepts three hundred (300) weights in kilos. Determine and display the lowest weight in kilos, highest weight in kilos, and average weight in kilos. Draw the corresponding flowchart.
- Write an algorithm using pseudocode that accepts ten (10) numbers. Sort or arrange the ten (10) numbers from highest to lowest. Display the sorted ten (10) numbers. Draw the corresponding flowchart.
TASK #3 – USING SCRATCH (5.00 Marks)
3.1 Design and develop an animation showing your desired places to travel. The animation should have three (3) sprites that narrate the three (3) places you plan or intended to visit. Include in the narration, the tourist spots (“what to do”), and the cuisine/food (“what to eat”) in that place. Your animation should at least run for three (3) minutes when the green flag is being clicked. (2.50 Marks)
3.2 Design and develop a game that uses four sprites, small, medium, large, and extra large. When extra large sprite touches the large sprite increase the score by one (1), however, if it touches both the small and medium sprites, then decrease the score by one (1). While when large sprite touches the extra large sprite, initialize the score again to zero, but if it touches both the small and medium sprites, increase the score by one (1). When the medium sprite touches the small sprite, increase the score by one (1), however, if it touches the large and extra sprites, then decrease the score by one (1). Small sprite moves according to the mouse pointer while the medium, large, and extra large sprites move and position themselves randomly. Program your sprite to say something and change color each time if touches another sprite. (2.50 Marks)
