Please conduct a SWOT analysis based on the following information.
Your group, which consists of seven students, are planning to establish a service company in Pike County, AL that concentrates on the food delivery service for 5 nearby restaurants that don’t have their own delivery service in this area: “Chick-fil-A, Panda Express, Hook’s, Rodeo, Momma G’s”
The followings are the details of the plan.
-Potential Customers: Your potential customers are the faculties and students of your university consists of more than 8,000 people.
-Location: You don’t have a location now but all members have cars for transportation.
-Hours of operations: 11:00am-9:00pm
-Advertisements: Your group plans to set your advertisement on a nearby highway, constantly held football games, university dorms, social medias, and local radio channels. Your budget for advertising is $5,000.
-Sells and promotions: Your group plans to develop an app and a small website and you also establish a promotion plan that has: loyalty cards and membership, first delivery free, four deliveries then get one free, and invite a friend to have a special discount. Your budget for sells and promotion is $5,000 as well.
-Goals in 5 years: In the upcoming 5 years, your group plans to expand to 14 full-time employees and have a physical location near the nearby highway. You also plan to expand your service area to 10 nearby restaurants and you plan to cover the similar needs for nearby high school students.
To finish this assignment, you need to do some research about Pike County, AL, US. You may do some other researches you think as necessary.
