The Enterprise Network application is a software suit dedicated to respective firms i.e. in most of the cases where network is put into practice, there is no need of any third-party organization. It is not only used by multinational organizations but also by many private firms. The main reason for private firms to be using an enterprise network application is because of its low cost and is easy to operate on. It is an integrated system that gives the user an optimal information with minimum effort. A private firm in most of the cases wants to have minimum expenditure with maximum benefits and therefore third party organizations are not preferred by such firms and hence Enterprise becomes a perfect system to work on as its module is maintaining all the information of different branches of the firm. Generally, a firm to function efficiently, different works are distributed to different groups and the data associated with each group is maintained separately. The data includes information regarding raw materials, quantity of products manufactured, input goods, output goods, cost, inventory management, customer information, staff etc. If not for networking, every individual data is to be stored in different systems and hence complexity increases and cost of maintaining the data increases. Therefore, Enterprise Network application can increase the work quality and efficiency. The firm can move more easily and freely as all the required data is stored in a single software in the form of a suit. 

             Network systems are collection of available information in all activity and provide the data to various organization level. These systems explain about the differences between the accountants and information technology professionals. It contains 48 companies in India. In these companies 75% of accountants and 85% of information technology professionals are working in these organization. The emergence of Network system has been resulted in the replacement of a major number of information systems by using real time business environment. It provides the cost of information in internal business environment. For manufacturing the products in database will interact with the manufacturing department more over any inventions can be done in the database also checks the inventory directory. We also include the bolt-on solutions context in the systems.
