1st step: p +q=1
p+ .04=1, so p=.96
2nd: p^2+2pq+q^2=1
(.1)^2 I rounded up to make calculation easier+2pq+ (.0016)=1
3rd: I was confused on how to solve this by hand. Is this correctsofar? I am solving for pq in this equation, correct? It wouldbdifficult to solve this without a calculator, so I figured Iwentwrong somewhere.
