Independently or with a partner, choose one group (virtual or face to face) to describe and observe in a work or non-work setting. Draw on class learnings-–and describe and analyze what you observed in 3-5 pages. Use at least one article or Wheelan as your model. Include observation, description and analysis of leader behavior. Be sure to assess and describe aspects of diversity in the group. It is recommended and not required that you code some portion of the observation and include in you analysis. All information about the group and your observations are confidential.
