Write a five to seven (5-7) page paper in which you address the following items for each observation separately.

1. Provide the title of each instructional session, and summarize the content of each of the instructional sessions.
2. Critiquethe overall effectiveness of each instructional session. Use yourobservation and evaluation notes from the “Teaching Observation Form” toprovide a rationale for your critique.
3. Assess the instructionalstrengths of each session. Provide a rationale for your assessmentusing examples from your observation.
4. Assess the areas for improvement of each session. Provide a rationale for your assessment using examples from your observation.
5. Compare and contrast the strengths and areas for improvement for the two (2) sessions observed.
6. Based on your current or preferred career, specify two (2) concepts you can apply from this assignment.
7. Assess your lessons learned from using the “Teaching Observation Form”. Suggest at least one (1) improvement in the form.
8. Include the completed “Teaching Observation Forms” as an Appendix to your paper.

In this assignment, you will learn about Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and their impact on adults and education.

To learn more about MOOCs, read the article titled “7 Things You Should Know About MOOCs”. Next, use the Internet or Strayer Library to locate two (2) additional articles on your own.

Write a five to seven (5-7) page paper responding to the items below:

1. Analyze three (3) advantages and three (3) disadvantages of MOOCs. Provide support for your analysis.
2. Compareand contrast MOOCs to a traditional online course. Propose one (1) usecase in which a MOOC could be more beneficial to an adult learner thantaking a traditional online course.
3. Discuss the main reasonswhy, as an adult learner, you may choose to take a MOOC. Explain thetype of MOOC you would take, and specify why you would select this typeof MOOC.
4. Suggest at least two (2) ways that MOOCs are or are not relevant to your current career. Justify your response.

Manymembers of the news media say that they are just a “mirror” of societyand that they simply reflect what happens in society. They would arguethat their influence is relatively small. Using the Anti-Bullying Policyas an example, take a position on whether you agree or disagree withthis position.

Choosing any policy issue that youare particularly interested in, then identify those (official actor's,unofficial actors, and an interest group) that has had the mostinfluence on your policy.Discuss how much power each has had in settingthe agenda.

Thisis a continuation of the first and second assignments and uses youraccumulated research. Imagine you are two different lobbyists,supporting two different sides of the policy issue you wrote about inAssignment 2.

Submit your Assignment 1 and 2 revisions based onyour professor’s feedback. You will be graded on your revisions. Then,write a 4-5 page paper in which you:

1. Write a one-page position in favor of the policy.
2. Write a one-page position against the policy.

• For each of the messages above:
  • List the medium (telephone, email, text, face-to-face meeting, etc.) you would use to communicate the message.
