I love a lot of his music but I love this the most because it puts me in the mindset of the holiday's. I love the holiday season starting at Thanksgiving. I'm thinking family and togetherness. Hiring externally opens up to new and creative ideas and it prevents office drama. The three characteristics of a job where external recruitment would be ideal are knowledge and skills, mental and physical obligations, and working conditions. The two advantages of using the internal process consist of knowing the people, their strengths, weaknesses, and ambitions. You also know if they are dependable, a team player or attentive. The two disadvantage of the internal process are internal candidates lack of enthusiasm for change and resentment among employees and manager. For example, hiring from inside of the business showcases the personnel knowing the culture and policies of the company. Their track record is easily accessible. Hiring externally can be expensive and time-consuming. Even with hiring through other sources or job posting, the company still have to persuade the person to join the company.
