Scenario

You have been asked to present your analysis to the executive leadership of the moving company.

Your Role

You are a data analyst for a moving company.

Requirements

Create an 8–10 slide PowerPoint presentation that outlines your analysis from your previous assessment. Be sure to consider the key points of your presentation from the executive leader's perspective. Within your presentation, include the following:

• Summarize the business question or problem.
• Summarize the results of the analysis, techniques used, and details of how the analysis will address the business question or problem.
• Present the results in a clear, logical, well-organized manner.
• Write a conclusion that includes a recommendation and lists any concerns/cautions about using the results.
• Include language, level of detail, and content appropriate for an executive audience.

Deliverable Format

Prepare your presentation for an executive audience.

• Presentation slides:
  • 8–10 slides summarizing the analysis you conducted.
  • Include additional details and references in the notes area of each slide.
• Submission options (choose one):
  • Record your presentation using Kaltura. Refer to the MBA Program Resources for the Using Kaltura tutorial if you need help using this tool. You must still submit the PowerPoint deck.
  • Submit the PowerPoint without a recording. Please note that this option requires more extensive use of the notes sections.
• In the PowerPoint deck, include:
  • Title slide.
  • References slide.
  • APA-formatted references.
  • At least 3 supporting resources.
