Step1: Please submit the completed final draft version ofthe documents required for USW Ethics Application (Ethics Application Form andSubmission Checklist) for your Supervisor's review by the end of Week 6.
Step2: Your supervisor will review your applicationand provide feedback on your initial submission to enable you to improve. Youwill then use the comments to resubmit for final review and approval by the endof Week 7.
Toeffectively complete this tasks it is important to read the Low-RiskEligibility Criteria as outlined in the document titled Low-Risk EligibilityCriteria located in the supporting documents folder. Also, researchers areencouraged to consult the BPS code of Ethics and Conduct beforecompleting and applying for ethical approval.
Ethicsforms must be submitted for feedback along with the appropriate supportingdocumentation:
