Masonry Grout Labor included in wall labor cost but add $100 per CY for material
Wall Cap Material $5 per LF Install eight each 24" pieces per HR (2 man)
USE MEANS RATES FOR MASONRY AND CONCRETE LABOR (don't forget city index)
Rebar #4 Material cost $6.35 per 20 LF
Rebar #5 Material cost $9.87 per 20 LF
Rebar Labor MEANS rate of $740 per ton (be sure to add for City Index)
