Whom ever excepts the big on this project If done in a timely manner and looks good I will assign for my 7-8 page paper. This paper will work off the outline.

Outline needs to be at least three pages (not including cover/title page),double-spaced, 12 pt font and must be in APA format. For the outline you will identify and explain your three (3) Organizational Behavior concepts that have changed your thinking and/or behavior making a difference in your professional and/or personal effectiveness. For each selected topic, write 3-5 sentences linking it to your experiences, and discuss how you will transfer learning to implement the concept in your professional and/or personal life. Furthermore, select and discuss your reactions and reflections from three (3) of the self-assessments you have completed in this course so far. Lastly, include a reference page.
