1. Are all three stages of the global Management developmental process (as illustrated in Exhibit 1.3) included in Google's training program? Explain, citing examples from the case for each stage.
2. If you were a participant in this program, what do you think you would learn that would make you a better global manager?
3. This is an older case study. Do some research: What changes have impacted Google's operations in India, Japan, and China now?
4. If you were in charge of Google's training program, what might you do to improve its effectiveness considering these changes? Why?
