Make sure to gatherevidence (law, policy, procedure, and data) and evaluate for relevance:Are specialized drug courts used in your jurisdiction? What is their effectiveness? What aresome direct/indirect consequences: Specialized courts have shown moderate success rates, butthey are also expensive to run.
