Change is difficult but inevitable thus everyone has to accept for the better. We are unsure of the future and thus people fear change because sometimes variations cannot be rewarding. Evaluating variables is the most important aspect of change. There are several ideas about change;
In order to avoid conflicting ideas, quarrels and fights over discussions, people have to change their attitudes to reduce tension created by the incompatibility of ideas in order to achieve people and cooperation within the group. According to dissonance theory of change, the perception created a view of others and hence our take on their contribution towards the topic of discussion (Rao, 2018). This way, we are grieved, disturbed and hindered in a way we believe in our own opinions and principles. Change of attitude makes us appreciate that we have different tendencies and personalities and learn to appreciate thoughts which helps us build positive relationships.
From a business perspective, businesses need to increase savings to accommodate trends in technology to achieve business success. Outdated technology puts the business at the risk of running ‘off’ competitors and a possible breakdown. Upgrading to new technology costs the business money and capital that has to be achieved through the change of saving strategies. This may include reduction of owner’s drawings, reduced plow back profits, reduced dividends among other strategies.
