It is not a real proposal and it is not gonna be sent to any funding sources, which means you do not need to be a real staff member in any organization. This is an advanced composition class so grammar and vocabulary matter. And references need to be cited properly please.
So this is the set up: you will be supposed to work for a non-profit organization that helps the victims of domestic violence. It can be The National Domestic Violence Hotline maybe, but it depends on you. Male victims play the most important role in this proposal. The organization you are associated with needs funding. It may need yearly operating funds or one-time funding for a special project, event, or other specific need. You will explain the organization’s goals, role, and problems (why the funding is needed). You will conduct research on possible solutions, offer a solution, and then write up a funding proposal to a funding source.
Requirements:

at least one other method of primary research (Your own special knowledge of a subject; Analysis of a document or set of documents, product, service, or system)

at least four secondary sources (web and media sources; Government documents and reference materials)
