This paper incorporates the core concepts learned in this course and affords students the opportunity to effectively communicate their analysis of, and proposal for a Single A baseball organization.

Studentswill create a strategic plan for owning and managing a Single A minorleague baseball team in the city of Charles Town, WV. The plan will bebased on the information created in the first three assignments andadding any other necessary components. The city of Charles Town, WV wasaccepted by Minor League Baseball and the Carolina League to own andoperate a team. As part of the process, the new baseball organization ofCharles Town needs to create a five-year strategic plan. The strategicplan needs to incorporate any corrections and recommendations given aspart of the feedback for each of the three previous assignments(Managerial Leadership, Governance, and Marketing Plan). One of the mainpurposes of this assignment involves the students' ability to analyze,synthesize, and construct finalized recommendations for the futureoperations, management, leadership, structure, and organizationalapproach for this scenario.

Createa detailed and organized strategic plan, which will be submitted to theCity Council of Charles Town for review. Feel free to use charts,tables, and/or diagrams. Students are also required to submit theirprevious assignments from week 2 (Managerial Leadership), week 4(Governance), and week 6 (Marketing Plan) in addition to the StrategicPlan/Final Project. Students must explain the relationship between eachphase of assignments building up to the Strategic Plan and explain howeach previous assignments relates and plays a role in the finalizedstrategic plan.

Assignment must adhere to APA format, and should be 10-15 pages in length, not including title page and references.

Note:Submitting your previous assignments from week 2, 4, and 6 ismandatory, but these pages do not count in the overall total lengthrequirement of 10-15 pages. The 10-15 pages in length refers to yourStrategic Plan document only.
