A few things I was wondering if you could add to the last assignment you did for me. It was four parts.

you must show in this assignment how your exercise relates to an appropriate learning discipline (Team Learning or Systems Thinking); and this link should be made clear.

It’s important that you relate your session to a Learning Discipline applicable to your second session (Team Learning or Systems Thinking) and explain how it promotes capacity with respect to that discipline. You do not appear to have done this. In fact you do not actually mention one of the applicable disciplines, making it difficult to determine how one of them might be supported in your exercise, or how what you have submitted conforms to the requirements.

In addition, you might have said more about your facilitation experience in terms of how you designed and conducted your session, your agenda, what was actually discussed, how it unfolded, and how it relates to and supports an appropriate discipline. As well, you might expanded upon your experience and learning as a facilitator, relating your commentary more specifically to the dynamics of your session, and discussed further your learning about an appropriate discipline and its potential for helping a group examine itself, choose a new direction, and commit to that direction. While you allude to these topics, it’s not clear that they were addressed with the specificity contemplated in the requirements.
