Follow all instructions in the rubric attached below, it is in the policy paper expectations and grading rubric section.

There are 6 expectations along with a few other conditions.

Analysis: The analysis should provide a rigorous evaluation of viable alternatives (remember, three to five alternatives is a good range). If appropriate, you should attempt to quantify or monetize your evaluation criteria.Your analysis should support your final recommendation(s).

References: I expect a minimum of ten references. You should use APA citation (See http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/ for reference to proper use of APA). Plagiarism will result in a failing grade and referral to the University administration.

Graphics: Use charts to help make your point. They should work in concert with the narrative, but should also be able to stand on their own. Make sure their titles are descriptive and make sure you include sources for the chart data. I expect to see an alternative matrix and a minimum of one additional chart. I will consider chart presentation in the overall presentation score, so if you are not comfortable creating computer generated charts, you should familiarize yourself with the process before completing your paper.

Student instructions:

So I was thinking that you could write about something Involving the TWRA (Tennessee wild life resource agency) because I’ve talked to the professor about that. The policy being written about doesn’t have to be something like some crazy policy

Uh I think that a lot of the info you’ll find on the TWRA will be on tn.gov so that’s really the only one that I would want for sure other than that it’s free game
